Grumpy Music helps songwriters, producers, and independent artists improve their craft by giving them detailed, opinionated feedback on their unreleased songs. Each review is generated by three AI critic personas (an A&R, a Producer, and an Audio Engineer) running in parallel and averaged for stability. Reviews score songs across 10+ categories including songwriting, production, mixing, vocal performance, arrangement, and commercial potential, and include written justifications, strengths, weaknesses, and concrete recommendations.

The service is built for artists whose music is not yet on streaming platforms — roughly 99.9% of submissions are unreleased demos and works-in-progress. Files stay private; nothing is published without the artist's explicit share action. New users get one free review on signup.

## How it works
1. Upload a song (MP3 or M4A, up to 10MB). Lyrics are auto-transcribed; you can also paste them.
2. Pick a persona: A&R (commercial / market fit), Producer (arrangement / sonics), or Audio Engineer (mix / master).
3. Three parallel Gemini 2.5 Pro calls evaluate the track and the scores are averaged for stability.
4. You receive category scores, a radar chart, written justification, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations within ~2 minutes.
5. Optionally share the review publicly, submit it to the community-review queue, or request an Expert Opinion follow-up.
